How it works

1. Add the customer and the job

Create a customer once, then start a job against them. Give the job a short title so you can find it later.

2. Build the quote

Add each line item with a description, quantity, and price. Pick the VAT treatment per line: the standard rate, the reduced rate that usually applies to trade services, or the reverse charge if you are invoicing another VAT-registered contractor. Save any line as a template so the next similar job takes seconds.

3. Send it over WhatsApp

One tap opens WhatsApp with the quote link and a message ready to go. The customer opens the link, reviews the quote, and can accept it by typing their name. No account needed on their side.

4. Get scheduled and photograph the job

Set a start and end time so it shows up on your schedule. Attach before and after photos as you go.

5. Turn the quote into an invoice

Once the job is done, convert the accepted quote into an invoice in one click. Send it the same way, over WhatsApp.

6. Let JobYard remind you to chase

If a quote has gone unanswered for a few days, or an invoice is sitting unpaid, it shows up on your dashboard with a one tap WhatsApp message ready to send.
